Information handled

Integrasound does not operate registration forms, patient accounts, or medical-record systems on this site. The hosting infrastructure may process technical information required for operation and security, such as IP address, browser and device type, date, time, and access logs.

If you start a WhatsApp conversation, send an email, or visit a social network, your information will also be handled by the service you choose under its own terms and privacy policy.

Purposes and legal grounds

Technical information may be processed to deliver and secure the site, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse. Where applicable, this processing relies on the legitimate interest in maintaining a secure, functional service and on compliance with legal obligations.

This website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and links to WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The email service and these platforms may act as processors or independent controllers, depending on the circumstances, and handle information under their own policies.

Some providers may store or process data outside Brazil. Where an international transfer is made under Integrasound’s responsibility, it must follow the mechanisms and safeguards required by the LGPD and ANPD regulations.

Cookies and similar technologies

Integrasound has not installed its own behavioral-advertising or tracking tools on this site. The hosting provider and external services may use technologies strictly necessary for security, delivery, and operation of their services.

Retention and security

Technical logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s operational criteria and retention periods. Messages and information received through contact channels are kept only as long as needed to respond, manage the requested relationship, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, or establish and protect legal rights. They are then deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
